Hi Guys
I have attended interview on 14th sep at chennai
Iam happy and i would like to share my Exp in chennai counslate.

I went to visa office at 9.45 as my interview was at 10.30am.
There was not that crowd .
My interiew was like this
ME : Good morning mam.
VO.Sorry for keep you waiting for long time.
me : Its ok
VO :To my wife,When did you get marry ?my wife replied
VO : Good
VO : Which company you are working sir?
ME : ZZZ,Bangalore
vo checked DS forms and she said ok,you have done MCA,and she was ticking in ds and she didnt ask my Educa certificates.
VO : Which project you are going ffor?
me : I said project name
VO : Do you have description about project?
me : i handed over.
vo : Tax returns sir?
me : handed over?
she asked me,sir i need yearly tax reports not quarterly,i said those are the documents i have mam and my employer told me these are the documents needed.
She again typed something in her system and she turned project pages and again asked sir do you have any othr tax returns,she asked 4 years tax.
i said no mam and kept quiet.
She then typed or checked something in her system and said
Thats all sir,your visa is approved and i will be issuing your passport in 7 days and said Thanks for being so patience.

Guys what my advise is
You should have project description if you are going for internal project
Tax returns for 4 years.

I have a query here. I am gonn attend for H1b inter at cahnani counslate.

My US employer told me that they are not providing me tax returns instead they will give me annual reports.

is that ok or tax returns are comualsory..

successfull Visa after 221(g)

Earlier i was given 221 (g) form, was asked to present some of the documents from the employer and to attend the interview again personally.

Y'day i attented the interview with the documents asked by the VO.

Around 10 made an entry, they collected all by basic doc's (DS 156, DS 157,I797, LCA, I129.. etc) and told we be called for an interview.

Waited for a long time.. after waiting for 3.5 hrs, they called me for an interview.

In the interview the discussion went like this.. :

VO: Hi
Me: Hi

VO: can i have the doc's got from the employer
Me: Gave all the doc's which i had got it from employer

VO: Wht is role and as wht u'r going to US?
Me: Explained my role and designation

VO: How big is the company?
Me: YYYY prof world wide

VO: Will you be working for client or in-house project?
Me: in-house project

VO: Can you tell as wht, which technology and nature of the job?
Me: Explained

VO: Why did you take so long time to come back for any re-interview?
Me: Explained abt the empoyer delay and my present commitments..

Finally... cute lady VO.. similing..

VO: your VISA is issued, will be getting a passport in a week,
Me: Thank u mam..


This is how my interview went on... be confident and do present only genuine documents.

Nice to see u got ur visa after 221(g) and that too on the same day of submiting the docs.

I am having 221(g) and planning to go for personal interview next week.
The passport option in 221(g) -page 2 is not ticked for me.
