Help required reg H1B

Hi Freiends,

I am holding a B1 visa for 10 years.I got it last year. I did not travel to US. Now i am going for H1b Stamping . If VO asks why was the B1 not used, what will a promt answer and does this prevent me from getting H1B , which is filed by a different company.

---- Your H1 stamping has nothing to do with B1. You can keep both the Visas. None will be cancelled. The VO is not concerned about your B1 Visa when they are reviewing your H1 application. Thus, the question will not arise. Be prepared to answere all teh H1 Visa questions, provide all the information requested, get your Visa and at teh PPOE decide on which Vis you want to enter US either on B1 or H1.
