Name Mismatch in Ds156 ,Ds157-can coorect by white Marker ?

I got the H1 visa interview by Oct 1st week but i have a mismatch between my name D-156 and D157 forms
In D 156 (which is the correct Name)-
First Name - Anjan
SurName - Kumar

In D-157
First Name - Anjan Kumar
Last Name - <Blank>

Now my HR is telling , there is no Problem and you can modify that by WHITE MARKER

Is it Ok , by correct the D157 forms with White marker .

Please help me in this regards

No Dont do that

You still can modify your DS forms .Go to vfs site and you modify your ds forms and take print out,i have modified many times.
But dont modify before 2 days of interview.
You also can tell VO regarding the mistake and you can modify in embassy also.Dont worry on it.
