I am on L1A from Company A and got H1b approved from compnay B. H1B doesnt have the Change of status nor it has the extend I94.
I would like to start working with Compnay B with the New H1B.
My question is:
1. Is it must to get the Change of Status (COS) done from L1B to H1B, if yes Why is it, as i already have my SSN/DL/State ID.
1. If its must to do the COS, can i start working with company B immeidately after receiving the COS receipt of filing or do i have to wait till i get the COS approval?
