Hello,
I attended interview in Cape Town(SA) & VO gave me a white form(not pink or blue or yellow) but white...
I am an indian citizen & having permannet residence of SA. Staying in SA from past 5 years.
VO asked few questions about my permanent residence & my previous h1b visa which was not utilized by me.(never been to US).
Finally VO gave me white form & wrote at the end of the form as follows:
Review of Petition - to be contacted.
VO returned back documents(I797, b129 , LCA, Education evaluation, Company tax returns) & Passport. He did not ask any other documents.
VO told me that they are going to contact me after one week.
We both (husband & wife - same petitioner) went for stamping.
I am too much worried now .
Please let me know your opinion about this white form & comments written on the form.
