Hi,
Currently I am working on L1A (Extension) with A.Meanwhile I applied for H1B from Desi Consultant and it got approved as change of status.
But I want to work with company A only and do not want to leave USA before 1 Oct for Stamping also.
I am planning to file amendment to Change the H1B from Change Of Status to Consulate.
So pls let me know , How feasible this option is ?
