2006 H1b quota but still not apeared for stamping

Hi,

This is vishal i hav got aproved for H1b for the fiscal year 2006 quota. i got approval in sep 2006 and its more than a year i didnt apear for stamping, please tell me can i go for H1b stamping in the coming months ,

my present employer in india wants me to appear as business visa on software to US embassy chennai, if i got rejected on business class will it effect on h1 stamping, as i am already rejected twice on f1{student visa} in 2005. kindly advise me regards.
