    Very Urgent

    I have H1 visa stamped and im in india and i got my h1- visa transfer and now the old employer wants the original I-797
    can i travel with new I-797 and old visa stamped on the passport to US
    Please help
    I NEED TO HANDOVER THE OLD ORIGINAL BY TOMORROW
    This im posting for my friend.
    Please PLEASE ADVISE

    no problem, he can keep a copy for records and use new I-797 with old stamp to travel
