H1B got qwueried with 221G. Will it has any impact on L1 Blanket?

Hi,

One of my friend got 221G for extra supporting documents for his H1B VISA. He has chances to apply throw his present firm for L1 Blanket.

He is working on very good firm and H1B is from some small consultant in USA. Now, if he goes for L1B interview, is there any impact of this H1B query on that interview?

Is there chances of rejecting it due to he applied L1B from different company?

Please let me know your views.
