hi all,
am on L2 visa with EAD and working for company A since 1.5 years and recently got my H1 petition approved for 2007 for B.My present employer, A is willing to take me on H1 basis.i would like to know:
1)if i want to transfer my H1 from B to A after 2 to 3 months what all documents(i have only approved FAX copy of the petition) are needed and the procedure? and should A begin the process of transfer?
2)before going for H1 transfer, how many months should i work for minimum?
3)will there be any risk if i go for transfer soon after completing 4 months?
