Please help me.
My Situation:

I completed my Masters degree from a U.S. University in Dec 2006.
I applied for H1B through a Consulting Company in April 2007, which was approved and is effective from Oct 1 2007. I paid for the H1B Processing.
I have been working from May 2007 till now for American Company on my OPT, which expires in February 2008.
My Questions:

1. Should i have to quit working for American Company before Oct 1 2007 and start working for Consulting Company from Oct 1 2007 or is it possible to work for American Company on my OPT, for some more time after October 1 2007?
2. Can i transfer my H1B from Consulting Company to American Company before Oct 1 2007? I have the pay stubs from American Company from May till now. If it is not possible, how long i have to work for the Consulting Company before applying for H1B transfer to American Company.
3. Can i work for American Company for 1-2 months after Oct 1 2007 (My OPT expires in February 2008.) until the Consulting Company finds a client for me so that i can start working for Consulting Company then?
What is the best solution in my situation?
