I have L1 but not travelled to US,What to answer while H1 interview.

HI Freinds,

I have L1 visa from current company(Blanket Petiotion) which is valid till nov 17 2007.But, i am with same compnay and havn't travellled yet.Now, my H1 petiton is filed by another company and have to attend intreview in Channai consulate.

What to answer suppose offcier askme ,why i didnt travelled to US?.
please answer to this question.
