Marriage after H1B approved
Hi,
I came to the US 4 years ago on J1 visa. Now H1B until 2009. I am planning to go to my country and get married to my fiancee, who lives there. After getting married... Is it possible for her to apply for H4 since my H1 is already approved...? Does she have to file forms, pay and wait for H4 approval...? Or just go to the embassy with all the usual photos, pay stubs and certificates.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all the information I have found in the forums.
