Need immidiate help

Hi,
I am in H1 B. I have completed 2 years in USA. In 2 years I have changed my job once. So my VISA is in the name of my previos employer and its valod upto Oct 2008. My I 797 is valid upto Oct 2009. Now I am planning for INDIA visit. Do I have to go for VISA stamping due to Company Change? If yes What are the documents I have to carry. If no what are the documents I should keep with me during travel.

If your answer is yes can anyone explain about the new stamping process.

I cannot reply u r question, I thought being an experience person u can help me as I applied for H1-B visa. While booking appointment with the consulate I got struct at this question plz provide what will be the reply to this question.

How long do you intend to stay in US?

no you dont just present the new I-797 with old stamp at POE for reentry
