hi all,
am on H1 from today on with COS from L2 EAD status and working for the same employer whom i have worked on L2 but on contract basis.
i would like to know whether stamping will be +ve or there may be cases of RFE etc..if i go for stamping in mar-apr 08 having 4 to 5 months paystubs? or
on what grounds can the stamping be rejected(will be on H1 for 5 months, project @client location etc)
