school name for H4 Visa

Currently I am working in US and I am going to india for restamping h1b.
My daughter is studying in an elementary school (2 nd Grade). My question is:
In DS 156 Field # 20 and # 33 ask about the employer/school name.
Shall I provide the elementary school's detail OR this field is only for Student Visa.
Her status is H4 (dependent).

yes you have to enter her school's name...and that is not a big concern...good luck
