In the passport, Surname is blank, and Surname, First, and Middle Name are mentioned in the Given Name, I seen last week only.
Surname is 'A' and First Name is 'B' and Middle Name is 'C'.
In passport, they mentioned 'ABC' in Given Name field. Name also correct in the passport.
If they will consider Surname ('A') also as Name, then may be problem come in the future. Because in the few certificates Surname is first, and few certificates surname is last, and few places mentioned only initial.
In embassy, if they will ask question what abt Surname (because blank in Surname field), I am planning to say Surname also mentioned in Given Name. (Note: If I will say like this, any problem. Please give the solution.)
