Successful H1B stamping @Chennai

HI,
I have attended th H1B visa stamping @chennai on 27th SEP......i felt vey tensed before going to chennai.............i heard that chennai is some what difficult compared to other consulates........but........i feel very comfortable @ chennai...........

I got 7:45 slot on sep 27th @chennai..........
My exp @ chennai................

I went to consulate at 7:00 ..............
Security check.........
Documents check.........like(DS156 157 I797B i129LCA)
Next finger prints...............
next 30minutes waiting for Visa interview...

ME:just 1week back i have joined xxxxxx company
VO:so u got bored of xxxxx comapny for just one week.with smily face
Me:NOt like that........already i ahve 4yeras of IT exp........
VO:show me ur degree certificate....
Me:i have produced certificate.
VO:verified for 1minute keenly
VO:we are issuing visa........u will get ur passpeot by courier within 2 days...

Thats it........it takes oddly 2minutes for me........

Congrats on your visa! I have been trying to book an interview at Chennai for the month of December. The site says "check back in 24 hours". I would like to know has it always been like this or how easy is it to get a date?

hi,
as per my knowldge.they will allow us to book the dates for current month and next month only.....may be for december u can check mid of october or november........
please check daily for dates...all of a sudden we wil get dates as some body cancelled slots........so please check regularly...............

Can you please share the list of documents, various forms etc needed to arranged before going for VISA interview.

Also from where I can download these forms.
