h4 question

Hello sir/madam

I have some doubt .I got married in the month of march this year.After 10 days of my marriage i came back to USA and didnt get a chance to change my last name in my passport and came back to USA and applied for H1 B and it got approved. I want my husband to come here on H4 visa .In his passport my last name is same as of his last name. But in my passport and on my H1 B visa my last name is different ,before marraige one. Is it ggoing to be a problem when he will apply for H4 coz last names will not match as in my passport and on H1 B ??????

And other thing if i change my last name as of his in my passport also but on H1 B it will be different will it be a problem for him while getting the visa?Looking forward to you

You don't need to have spouse name in each other's passport in order to get H4 visa. Just show the proof of marriage (marriage certificate etc.)
