can any1 tell me tat wht date do we need to put on ds-156 i mean do we need to put the date of our interiew or the date when we print tat form.......n 1more thing is in ds-157 form we need to fill abt our acedamics it says all ur education but the space wht they have provided in there is not sufficient so how to manage tat.........just few days left for my interview............plz reply thanx

1.you can put in the date when you printed and signed the form.
2.just write a short description.
