.I went to the Delhi
counslate for an interview on 26 July 2007, i was
given a green form and asked to submit some relevant
documents (my employers balance sheet for 2yrs ,W2
form ,employee strength ,project details)which i duly
submitted on 7th Sept and attended another round of
personal interview on the same day,this time around i
was only asked two three questions like my salary
there,whether project is internal or not and in which
yr i passed my degree exam.
I was asked to submit my passport at that point
only along with my documents which i did now after 21
days or so yesterday i recieved my passport along
witha letter which i am sending to
We are not able to issue you an H1B visa because " your employer does not appear to be either able or willing to provide qualifying employment in the US in accordance with appropriate laws and regulations."
