I attended my first H1B interview at US Consulate, Melbourne, Australia on Sept 27th. My visa was rejected, taken my I-797, LCA, Employer offer, etc and given white form. White form says...
Your visa was suspended today under 221(g) of INA. Essentially, this section states that additional information is needed before the visa can be adjudicated. In order to adjudicate your visa application, we need the following information:
1) A list of all employer's in house software development projects. Indicate who is end client/customer and point of contact at the end client/customer with phone numbers and email for the person(s)
2)Notarized letter from petitioner stating the amount of the petitioner's expenditures on software product development for external clients/customers over the past three years.
3) Provide a detailed and specific amount of how the E/H/L worker will be employed. Specified location, client and client contact information, and nature and duration of the project. Provide a detailed explanation of the work conducted and the client in question. Include all periods of inactivity before or between projects, including training. Also include a complete detailed itinerary described in 8 CFR 214(h)(2)(i)(B) of the dates and places where work will be performed if those services will be provided in more than one location, as well as a letter from the applicant prospective supervisors at client sites where the applicant would work as a contract employee.
4) Letter and contact info from the end client/customer describing beneficiary duties
5) last 3 years tax returns
6) unemployment wages reports for each quarter for the last year
7) Photos inside/outside
I informed about this to my employer. He told that he can provide info except end client/customer side info (letter, contact info, etc). Will it be a issue again?
Is anyone has sample format for above 1,2 and 3 documents?
Anyone please send samples documents and any useful info documents to my e-mail id: [email protected]
VO didn't write any case/reference number on white form. He asked me to send the above documents to the mentioned address on white form. What should I need to do?
Is anybody has sample cover letter?
Anybody please help me in this regard. I really appreciated your help
