HI,
Currently I am applying for a H1B Visa at Mumbai Consulate.
My question is as follows,
I have worked in Mahastra Region for 2.5 Year for the past 3 Years I have been filing my INcome Tax in the Mahastra Region.
Recently I have shifted to Bangalore(in July) and in the same month I have attended for an B1 Visa on the Behalf of the company which was REJECTED at Chennai.
Now my question is : where should I attend the interview will it be at Chennai or Mumbai?
I understnad from some of the doucment and friends circle the since I haven't crossed the min limit of 6 months in Bangalore I should attend this at Mumbai(this time it is H1B:confused)
or
Since I have been rejected an visa at Chennai(that is B1) so should I attend at Chennai
