concurrent L1 and H1
Hi,
I currently hold a valid L1 and working in US. I had applied for H1 also the petition of which got approved. Without going back to India can I transfer my L1 to H1 and work in Us.. Or even if I go for stamping(say in Canada), can I retain both the visas?
