dates problem?

I am comin from usa to india in nov.I am on H4.I am lookin for dates in chennai, but never available..very tensed..when do the dates usually open?..if i dont get in chennai what is the other option?...
In mumbai...we need to submit the documents beforehand ...is it required ?
and how by post or by hand?
pleaseeee answer...really worried about dates

but there u need to drop documents one week before,by person is better.
