Hi All,
My wife came USA on H4 visa .After 6 moths I changed employer A to B .Currently I am working Company B.We applied H1B for her same company B. she got H1B approved year -2006 qouta from company B and got SSN.She used SSN for drive license.She have not work B and she do not have paystubs.She had H4 Visa valid until August 2008(Old company-A).She wants go india to stay couple months.while she returns to USA .Does she attend for new company(Husband New company-B) H4 visa stamping?.does she come existing old company H4.Could you please let me know the pros and Cons about H4 and H1B.
