Will H1B rejection cancel B1/B2

Hi,

I am holding a valid 10 years multiple visitor visa. I have applied for H1B visa this year. I was wondering if I am rejected when I go to the U.S consulate for H1B visa stamping after I receive H1B approval, will I lose my current 10 years multiple visitor visa?
