Hi All,
I have an H1B visa which is due to expire in Jan 2008 and i am in India now for my Wedding.
I`m planning to attend the interview for my H1b visa extension and my wife for her H4 visa.
My constraints are -
1(a). When i try to book a slot for her in VFS and for the option in " Are you applying for same visa class that expired in the last 12 months?*" if i choose "NO" i receive a popup window displaying " Interview Appointments not currently available, please check in 24 hours.If you have an urgent need to travel, please consult Emergency Appointment on this site"
1(b).If i choose "Yes" for the same option it displays the dates available.
I am not sure which one do i need to select.
2.Can both of us take the interview on the same day ?
