H4 visa stamping documentation.
Can anyone let me know if the documents required for H4 visa stamping need to be original or if I can just send photocopies of the same?
1) Letter from the H1B visa holders employer confirming continued employment.
2) US tax returns and W2 forms for each year the H1B visa holder has worked in the United States.
3) H1B visa holders most recent pay slips from the United States employer.
4) form I-134 affidavit of support.
5) Letter of invitation from me addressed to my spouse.
6) Letter from me addressing visa officer chennai reqesting visa for my spouse.
