H1B and H4 visa date booking

Hi guys it would be great if you assist me in booking the visa date for me and my wife.

I am on H1-B working in US and my visa is expiring. I am planning to attend visa in Chennai along with my wife who is in India now. While I am booking the dates I see an option "Co-workers / family memberstraveling together"....do I need to select this one and fill all the forms for my wife too?(when I do this I dont see any dates available) else just book the date with my details and take my wife with me with her ds 156 and ds 157 forms filled.

Please let me know ASAP....

you have to select co-workers/spouse

you have to select co-workers/spouse option and fill DS 156 and DS 157 for your wife also and book the slot, it will applicable for both of them

I am surprised that you are just now going to appear for your H1B interview but in some other posting you tried to give a wrong advice. I thought you are already in USA.
