H1B tranfer July 11,2007 reciept date

Hello everyone,
i had applied for H1b transfer in Vermont center and i got reciept . it shows they received my case on July 11,2007 .
can anyone tell me when can i expect my approval?
website shows April 23,2007.Is it right? Is anybody get their's near around my date? please reply to this .

H1B transfer -VSC

i had applied for H1B tranfer and my receipt date is july 11,2007 and i didnt get my approval yet.
i heared even i will give my case for premium process,i will not get before a month or so.
in this case what should i do ?
please advise.
