Thanks for sharing the information.
However, please note that this is an unique case and not to be generalized.
Sure, one has to be careful and check with SSA periodically.
A lot of information in the article is not correct at all.
Nope, I'm not a consulting company employer, but have been an employee in the past and never had any problems.
Neither did tons of others I know had any issues by going 90-10 or any such deal.
One has to be sharp and good at math while being meticulous with their paper work.

What information is not correct? The taxable wages and/or frequency of tax payments required by employers? or Per diem payments?
Is getting WAGES paid as Per diem or expenses is right? - When there was no need for business travel?
It is not acceptable to EAT tax money which has to go to US government agencies. If anyone is under violation of our laws, you are asking for trouble.Last edited by infoway; 10-13-2007, 03:08 AM.
