Dear Gurus PLS suggest me on what am i to do as i have'nt received any documents from my employer who had given me a lin number through which i can see my lin approved in may 2007 and says the approval notice sent in may 18. ussualy how long does it take for the employer to receive the papers and HOW do i Check the genuinity of the LIN number is MINE

Call up dept of state and speak to them. It can take a minimum of 20 minutes to speak to someone but it is worth the wait and get your doubts cleared. Give your reciept no/LIN no and ask them who is the applicant which should be you and who filed for you (The company and the person who filed for you) and when. All this you can ask them.
