Which option to choose to make an appointment for H1B stamping
Hi,
I am confused in choosing the right category in one of the questions on VFS website while booking an appointment for my H1B visa stamping.
I am currently working in US and I am planning to visit India in December 2007. My current H1B petition is valid from Sep 2006 thru Sep 2008.The H1B that I have stamping in the passport expired in Aug 2006. So when I go for the stamping interview in Dec 2007, it will be 16 months since the expiry of the stamping on my previous H1B.
So while making an appointment for the H1B stamping, should I choose "Yes" or "No" for the following question?
"Are you applying for same visa class that expired in the last 12 months?"
