221g - Missing I129 Form

Dear Immihelp user,

Last week I've attended H1B interview and i was issued by 221g form, Due to along with my petition document I129 document was missing, VO office ask be to drop the need document in the VFS box,

I've informed the same to my consultant, Any one could please advice me , how long its take to get I129 form from USCIS ??

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I dont how they allowed you to take the interview without I-129.
In the preliminary check (i.e After Security check) Did they asked for I-129??

Which colour form of 221g U got?Is it blue?

Have they mentioned any other docs in 221g or only u have to submit I-129??
Do u need to drop i-129 thru drop box??

Hi Raj,

Yes, this is ridiculous after preliminary check they allowed me for interview with VO even with missing of I129 form,
i got 221g blue form,
