    H1 stamped, but still in india

    Hi,

    My H1-B petition got stamped and I have a valid visa.
    I got it filed from my current employer.
    I got my visa in Dec 2006.
    But i am still in inida due to some reasons.
    One of my friend said that it will be a problem if i don't land in U.S within 1 year after i get my visa.
    Is this true?
    What will happen if i don't land in US within 1 year?
