Lost H1 petiton in USA. Can I travel to&from India?
Hi,
I am in USA since last couple of years. I have misplaced my original H1 petition papers during this time. I intend to travel to India for a short vacation next month. Do I need to have the petition documents with me even when I have valid H1Visa at the Port of Entry? I have separately applied for duplicate copy at INS but if I do not receive the documents in time, what are the options available to me so that I can travel back from India without any troubles?
