Is it true that the US Consulate opens up visa-dates on a weekly basis? For example:They first show available dates in 1st week of December and then after sometime 2nd week December? I have noticed,probably people cancel dates and it shows dates of Oct and then suddenly Nov. And then goes back to showing dates in Oct.
