    Pls advice

    My H1 petition got accepted in 2007-2008 quota through aconsultancy in US.
    When petition was filed i was in india working for Company A . I got an overseas opportunity to UK through Company A(which i am working).
    Can i attend VISA for US here in UK.(Is there any minimum duration required to stay in UK to attend VISA for US.I have been here for past 3 mnths).
