H1 not stamped, Filed for I 140

hello

I entered US on H4 Visa.I got H1 and then applied for labor, which got approved.Now I am going to file for my I 140.During the process of I 140 suppose if I want to re enter US I have to get visa stamped on my passport.My doubt is at the time of stamping do immigration officer create any problem for me as my I 140 is filled .Because they will know about mty intensions of getting green card in US.Or is it advisable not to disclose about my green card status.

well you cannot and should not lie when asked, anyways H1 is dual intent so it does not matter
