    hi every one
    I am curently in the USA on B2 in legal status
    Recently got a job offer as physician assistant in a hospital but as H1 quota is finished for this year, is there any other visa which i can try to get and work on it
    thank you for the input

    or the otherway if the hospital is a non profit organisation , can istill ask them to file for H1?

      High risk of COS to be denied.

        Lot of people change status from B1/B2 to H1B, there is a little risk of denial. Please contact an attorney.
