Got B1 last month applied for H1 on nov....

Hi all,

I got B1 stamped last month but never visited to US. Since i got petition mine new employer asked me to take appointment. so i took in chennai on nov 16th. since i got b1 on sep, again i am going for h1 is it will b any problem for me?? will i get a H1 ??? with out any problem.
