Damaged H1B visa

Hi,

My passport visa page has been damaged. photograph on the H1 visa has got mositure and the pic has faded though all the other info remains fine.

Let me know if we can have the stamp re-applied by US consulate and wat is the procedure and the processing time. My visa was stamped in chennai so can the above process be done in Delhi also.

it is like applying for a new visa, check the consulate website. Delhi would be fine if you reside inthat jurisdiction now.

My petition is valid till 2009. is there a way of re-applying the stamp.. why do i need to go for a new visa.. do they not have any procedure for damage to the visa..
