Kindly advice me on the checklist of H1 documents reqd by employee
at time of submission to INS ( NOT Visa Interview)
All minor n major documents needed to know.
If anyone know exactly plz reply.

I am confused. Are you employer or employee?

There are no "H1 documents reqd by employee
at time of submission to INS".

The employer will ask for all relevant documents s/he needs from the employee before submission.

Well I am Employee just need the checklist required by Employee to be furnished to Emplyer which he forwards to INS.
