i have interview in next month for my h1 visa iwanna ask is

i have done BE in chem and completed one year computer training and 3 year exp after graduation is this ok to convince?
whether indian IT returns of my current salary is required?
since last yesr im working in karnataka govt as programmer and the appoint ment letter is in kannada whether this is ok

Better translate your exp certificate in English and get it attested before going to interview.

You have to convice the counsel, you are the appropriate candidate for the job offered to you, by way of showing your training, skill set and experience because your education is not related to that field.
