    Do I need H1B transfer with EAD

    Hello to all,

    I am waiting for EAD. Today is day 89 since EAD is pending. Currently i'm on H1B. I plan to start work on EAD with new employer.

    My question is : some people are telling me to file for h1B transfer as well just to be on the safe side. I will appreciate any comments or sugestions.
