H4 Visa Interview Query

Hi,

Is it advisable for the dependents H4 stamping to be done at the same time as the principal applicants H1 stamping ?

I plan to fix up the appointment for my wife and kids along with my H1 visa stamping interview.

I was wondering if it would be better if I got my H1 stamped first after which my family processed their H4.

Could someone tell me the pros and cons.

It is better to go together as it needs less paperwork ans hassel.
