    H1B through family??

    Can my sister/brother in law, who are US citizens start a clinic/company in the medical field (even though they are not) and sponsor me for an H1B under the company name? Then eventually get green card through that company? I am a Canadian citizen, studied medicine in the US and am presently on an H1B with a medical company.

      prima face case they can, but as advised to sort through the setting up a corporation and sponsoring visa take an attorney's advice.
