H4 visa application submitted on behalf of spouse

Hi
I had submitted H4 visa application online for my spouse. In the field for Visa prepared by another person on your behalf?, I had clicked Yes and entered my name. But signature of the person submitted is also shown in the application. I am currently in US, and getting the signature done on the form might be difficult within the time for her visa appointment. Is this field mandatory or is there a work around, without signing the document?
