hi,my h1b visa was rejected in chennai last year ,now again i wanted to apply in mumbai consulate,actually iam a resident of andhrapradesh,hyderabad.can i attend in mumbai consulate for h1b visa ,i was working in pune for past 7months is it possible to apply in mumbai.

Is your Visa Rejected or some query last time?

Did you apply for fresh H1 visa this year again after rejection last year?

If you have been and are currently living in Pune for last 7 months then only you can apply in Mumbai consulate. If you have shifted back to the southern region of India, apply in Chennai consulate. Was your visa rejected due to fraudelent documents? What was the exact reason of denial? Can you write back with your educational qualifications and experience and the job for which you have applied for H1 visa?

hi is it possible

i applied h1b visa in 2006 but chennai consulate denied my visa due to based on my documents provided at the interview and some thing i told different which is not in my h1b documents, so they gave me 221g 3 times and last they are sended me letter that chennai consulate is no more dealing your case sending them back to usics,now after one year i checked on online my denied status shows my case under review by usics.
Again i filled another h1b from different company i got h1b papers from second company,presently iam working in pune since past 7 months as iam a resident of andhrapradesh,now my question is.....
CAN I ATTENED US CONSULATE IN MUMBAI FOR MY NEW H1B VISA WHICH IS FILLED THIS YEAR.
IS THERE ANY CHANCES OF ASKING ME THE PREVIOUS H1B DETAILS IN THE INTERVIEW.
please help mee...
